Is my use of EliteWorks private?
Yes. EliteWorks is a private self-check workspace for reviewing your own draft. Your document is processed in memory, never added to any shared database, and never stored or shared with anyone — your self-check stays between you and your work.
How reliable are the AI and similarity scores?
Our similarity and AI-pattern indicators are powered by lawfully licensed third-party APIs that compare your draft against a broad index of web and academic sources. They give you a reliable signal for your own pre-submission review, so you can revise any passages you want to improve.
What happens to my uploaded files?
We enforce a strict auto-deletion policy. Once your similarity report is generated or your text is rewritten, the source files are permanently deleted. We never store or resell your files — your data stays private.
What's the difference between Checks and EliteWords?
AI Checks are used to generate PDF reports (1 check = 1 document). EliteWords are the currency used for the AI Rewriter and Smart Fix features, charged per word processed.
